Penang Wedding Trip

19/11/11- 21/11/11

It's my first ever trip with mum alone. Went to Penang to attend my cousin's wedding.

While planning this whole trip, I can sense that mum is anxious and at the same time excited about it. She kept asking stupid but funny questions about the plane. LOL.

Over at Penang, she had a great time bonding with her siblings and helping out for the wedding preparations.

Grandparents are there too. Uncles and aunties went over too. I am so glad that I accompanied mum over there. Seriously, when there is a chance to travel, y not??

Too bad sis cant make it.

Penang is a very relaxed place. Full of moutains and well, the weather there are not as hot and humid as compared to Singapore.

Of course, what is Penang without FOOD??!!!

Penang laksa! my most favourite! Auntie also took us around for sightseeing and we went to the temple too.

Overall, a nice little getaway trip with friends who love food! :)

Krabi

Accommodation: Buri Tara Resort

A short getaway with my dear piggies. Decided on Krabi because it's near and cheap. Since all of us cant afford to hv a long getaway mah...

Took the budget airline, Tiger Air. Wow... budget is really budget. hahaah...

First day down there nth much. Had a long walk around the hotel area. Then it begins to rain.... so we had pedicure done lor. lol

Day 2 was much fun because we are gg on a side trip to Phi Phi Island! It's so beautiful! the sea was so clear and green. It doesnt look like thailand lor, instead more like china. hahaha...

the 2 girls went down to the sea. while i just took pics for them. feeding bread to the fishes! hahaha....

Had a good and relaxing 3 days over there. At least no need to think about work, which all of us were so stressed up with that time.

A break away from the bustling cities. to a place where there is only sun, sea and simplicity.

had my first ever experience with snorkeling and i absolutely love it! and watsmore? i totally do not know how to swim! hahaha...

had great company. happy days always ended very fast. 3 days 2 nights where we only had sleep, play and eat on our mind finally ended.

next destination? Redang! :)

First time going on a trip with my 5s girls. Went to the Natas fair and we had a hard time deciding on the destination. Finally decided on Macau.

Over there, it's a test for each of us. Getting to sleep with ur friends and having a taste of one another's temper and character. Well, it's either gg to make ur friendship stronger or weaker. For us, it's definitely gonna be stronger! Perhaps only, no more trip tgt next time! LOL.

Den we decided to go HK for a shopping trip at night. We bought so many things, and mainly all branded! I bought my first ever branded- COACH wristlet.

I had been to Macau before so the day tour was a little boring lah... but the accompany was different this time. so just be it lor.

the 3rd day we went to China Zhu hai. It was so crowded! Well, China wa... wat do u expect right?

anw, we ended the trip with laughters and fun! Thanks friends! :)
